This one has hdr but the text in windows is a bit more than grainy when its on.Switching it off and on is a pita, but it does look good in games.

A lot of people complain about VGA boards but I'm a casual gamer and have no problems with this monitor. It also works great for work.

Great value monitor, bought 2 but game with different branding. same monitor, but was badged Omni and one badged Viewsonic, and have different start screens.

An overall best buy but if you really want to enjoy it I suggest getting a sound bar

I've had it for almost a year, it then fell on its face on the desk, was not a harsh fall and it stopped working

Used only a few days & the screen went black in the middle. I presume the crystal etc stopped working. The monitor was sparingly used & the problem developed after just a few days when it could be returned to the seller. The seller was contacted & who advised to contact the manufacturer as the product had 2 years warranty & it was just a few days past when it could be returned.The company which handles repairs for Viewsonic is called Equinox. I have had a heated exchange of email & images which clearly show that the centre of the screen is not lighting up & appears black. I have been told that the scree is damaged. I have pleaded that there is no physical, chemical or environmental damage by definition. Even quoted definitions of the word Damage but absolutely no budge.I have rarely written a review of any thing but in the general interest of the consumer I am writing this as an appalling after sales service I have had. Don’t think that the seller is directly involved but selling substandard product should be questioned. Understand that electrical goods can develop faults & malfunction but if you are fobbed off & malfunctioning & faults are called “damage” , public needs to be aware.This monitor was for work so I could get another one, but this company, Equinox, could have just said sorry, we can’t do anything. Rather they blamed me that the item is damaged & Viewsonic will not replace or repair it as it is not economical & was told to buy another one. I thought that this was the whole purpose of warranty! to repair the fault of provide another one if can’t be repaired. Viewsonic has got Equinox doing good policing of their faults & malfunctioning items.extremely poor. Amazon should also take notice.

I purchased this for my son for his gaming. We love the curved screen. It was easy to set up and works well with his mini gaming pc. It makes him feel like he's in the game.
