The crows figured out how to flip the trays

I have been using the deck feeder for a couple of months now. I live on the third floor, the crows figured out how to flip the metal tray. I'm scared if the tray falls on someone's head they might be severely injured. If you are on the ground floor or living in a house the product is great.

Arrived with a scratch, doesn't grip properly, and overall incredibly poor quality that does NOT match the price it's being sold for!!
