The battery life on these batteries didn't seem to last as long as the one you get with the camera, but they lasted long enough. You usually get what you pay for and in this case, the price point was spot on. It was super easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone that has a GoPro Hero 9.

I charged up 3 batteries a month before heading to cozumel, when I arrived in cozumel the batteries seemed to have went dead just sitting/ stored in the charger, other than that I have no complaints, they do a great job charging the batteries and none of them died just sitting there in the charger while there for a week, just keep popping in your dead batteries and start using the charged ones right away,I didn't get a chance to see if it is water proof but I don't plan on going snorkeling or swimming with it on me anyways. Good purchase and I would buy it again.

I bought this because the Youtube reviews seemed to be good.But From day one, one of the charge ports didn't work properly. It has 3 ports and the batteries have to be sitting just right for them to charge. If you hope to use to battery pack in conjunction with this charger, I don't think you'll get the results you hoped for. Any sort of movement can cause the batteries to lose contact and not charge.As far as the batteries that come with the charger. They worked at first but then my Hero 9 started rejecting them and saying to use only official Gopro batteries. Not sure if this is due to a firmware update or that the aftermarket batteries just became unusable very quickly.Overall, I would not recommend this as an option.Pros: NoneCons: Poor battery contact when charging - Batteries that came with it did not last long, Charging ports may eventually fail on 1 or more banks.

I haven't used the charger much yet, but I have noticed that after a battery has been charged, the light stays red. It doesn't change to green until either the battery is removed and put back in or after the unit is unplugged. Not sure if that is how the unit should perform or if I have a defective unit. I haven't tested the battery capacity yet.

The case doesn’t charge batteries and the batteries that came with this are garbage too. Don’t waste your money.
