This protein shake isn't the best tasting but for the quality of ingredients it is worth it for me. It is dairy free which for most people is good because dairy is an inflammatory. It also doesn't have all of the preservatives that a normal premade protein shake has.

My dad was ill and would only drink liquids. I was trying to keep him alive and nutrition was important. I told his dietitian he was only drinking liquid yogurt so she recommended this brand instead and said it was the best source for complete nutrition in the circumstances we were in. Unfortunately he did pass as he was already too ill, but this was still very helpful for us and did extend his life a bit longer, and I will never forget her recommendation.

This is so rich and creamy, my second favorite flavor of OWYN. Ripple is not near as good.

It tasted okay but not right for me. There is some ingredient that my body reacted badly to.

I was put on a well known product by the hospital which didn’t seem very healthy to me. Searching for a healthier alternative, I found your liquid nutrition drink. I have esophageal cancer, which has made it difficult to eat and drink. Your vanilla drink is easy to swallow, tastes good and is filling.

Even half a bottle cures my sweet tooth, with good quality protein. good price on the dozen, less than stores. Nice to have.

I really wish I could like this, but man did it make me bloat. The ingredient list is ok for the most part, but I did not like the added seed oils. The flavor is great, but not worth the stomach pain for me.

My husband can not consume dairy products and this Owyn Plant based protein shake is a great alternative. Prices vary greatly from different retailers.
