Classy
Really looks nice, easy to assemble, base is nice and heavy so it doesn’t tip over. Worked great for our bathroom redo because we didn’t have room to attach anything to the walls. It doesn’t take up much floor room either.

Clean lines, sturdy/stable, love it!
Has very clean lines, is a space saver, very sturdy/stable (heavy base), looks very modern and I love it! Brushed nickel matches other brushed nickel in the bathroom

Nice towel stand
Nice looking stand and easy to assemble. Base is heavy and makes the stand very stable. Only negative was that each upright had a small ding. I positioned the "ding side" of each upright facing rearward so they won't be visible.

Expensive but Elegant
I was really nervous paying over $60 for a towel holder rack, but have a very small bathroom with a marble shower and nowhere to hang towels or towel bars on the wall. I also wasn't sure if the holder would fit in the narrow space between the tub and door. But it's been great. The assembly was pretty straightforward: the top horizonal bars fit into the vertical bars, loosely, and are secured with a small screw to each side. Then a screw underneath the base secures the vertical bars. I give this item 4.5 stars, because the vertical bars did come slightly loose after a few months. The unit might have done better to have a small rubber washer or other part to keep it a bit more secure. But was easy to re-tighten the screws. The base is quite heavy and very stable. The white marble doesn't really match the tan marble of the bathroom, but the towels pretty much cover the base, depending on how they are draped. I was able to turn the unit on a slight diagonal to allow it to fit the narrow space. At first I was worried I might skewer myself stepping out of the tub, but it hasn't been a problem. Since I have two full size bath towels on the unit, the decision between the black finish and brushed steel finish didn't really matter. I usually drape the towels over the horizontal bars to dry and only fold them when company comes over. The front and back racks are offset slightly, so the back rack is slightly higher than the front. I drape a hand towel over the front towel so it is further from the toilet, instead of using the hand towel holder between the toilet and sink. There is something about the unit that feels "luxury" even though most of it is not visible. Not sure what that's about, but very glad I splurged and bought this standing towel rack.

Lovely towel rack
Very elegant towel rack. Bought to stage my house and it looks so neat and tidy with the towels. I now use it to hang my blankets and works well for that too!

Dents in both vertical bars
Of the two vertical support bars, both had a ding in the metal (see photos). I like the idea and design of this towel rack, but the quality of materials is lacking. It was packaged well so the damage had to have happened during manufacturing or packaging.

Fits the space but a little flimsy
It looks nice and fits in the space but somewhat flimsy- although it has not fallen over. Tight fit for 4 regular folded towels. Keeping as I can use for guests if I find something I like better in the future.
