Amazon hucking busted returns…business as usual
EQ was DOA. I should have known better than to troubleshoot the whole system for 2 hours before testing without EQ installed. Multimeter confirmed faulty unit, measured a constant 120mV on all output signals no matter what input level was set to. Tried both inputs as well.This type of experience used to be a rarity; it’s unfortunate how this has become a 50-50 chance at this point in Amazon’s neglectful history.I’ll be sure to clearly label the manufacturer packaging to hopefully spare another customer of the headache.I really ought to stop supporting this monopoly.
