If you have all the ports closed. I mean, it's not Mercedes benz Bose headphone while drowning quiet..but quiet enough to throw some earbuds in for music and not be interrupted. I have trouble using the mic if i do that because of the cramped space and possibly the noise. They're iphone style wired headphones....I'd have to hear myself on the other end to determine which.

I usually wear a med. to large, with this helmet a X-large is snug. So the seem to run small. Other than that; I am very pleased with this helmet.

Weight of a size L helmet?

The helmet size L didn't fit even though. I have M from another brand. I'm trying to return it. But i don't have the return shipping label.

Do all sizes have the same shell size?
