These allowed me to eat Kraft Mac n cheese without having to spend the next few hours on the toilet. no cap.

I have always used lactaid chewables but don’t like needed to rip the pills out of the package each time. These work just as well, are less expensive, and come in a bottle.

These Milkaid Lactase Enzyme Chewable Tablets for Lactose Intolerance Relief - don't look like chewables but they are. My son really likes them and the flavor is very good. They work well.We used to get the Lactaid brand in individual wrapper, which is nice for travel and in the car. But these work perfectly and are less expensive in a bottle for our medicine cabinet. Recommend for anyone with tolerance issues.

Much more convenient than tabelts where you have to find a drink... Seem to work well.

My husband is quite lactose intolerant. He loves dairy products. A big bowl of evening ice cream causes bowel havoc the next day. When he remembers to chew one of these tablets before the ice cream, the next day is drama free.

I have been loyal to lactaid and was trying to find an easier to carry, easier to use, quieter solution. I’ve never had any problems with lactaid and after all of the positive reviews, I was hoping these would be an easy replacement but they were not.I took two with dairy, and I was still getting sick with consuming dairy. Taking these seemed to prolong me getting sick by 30-60 minutes, but nevertheless, it still happened. I’ve tried these on 3 separate occasions, even with just a tiny amount of dairy and the outcome is still the same.I wanted to like them - easy to open bottle, less chalky than lactaid, better tasting than lactaid, less conspicuous is public… but none of that is important if I can’t get the benefit I need from it.
