The two pack seemed to work well when evaluating more than one room. I liked the prepaid evaluation and the shipping envelope included.

I sent in paired radon samples in pre-paid mailer with documentation and never received results back. I forgot to do the online registration but included all other information needed to provide results. I have called the customer service Line several time with no answer.

I noticed that our older home was tested for radon levels at purchase and knew nothing about this issue. Reinspection was suggested every few years. This home self test was easy and results came pdq, great peace of mind when results revealed barely trace amounts.

Hard to judge accuracy when I have nothing to compare the results to, so I can only assume/hope they are accurate. Had to wait slightly longer for the results than I thought, but that was ok in my situation. My realtor, and the buyer's realtor, seemed to have confidence in the results.

The test kits are easy to use and instructions pretty clear. Prepaid envelope for shipping is quite convenient. Best of all, when I forgot to completely fill out the card (but did record the test kit serial numbers), I called customer service and the CR was SUPER helpful and cheerful to boot! It is nice to have such as positive experience to report to Amazon shoppers.

I followed the directions and sent the tests off.(We paid the extra for the results). Over 2 months and an email later the company has not said a word. Bad product.

We did not get a result back as the package we mailed the samples in was really light in print and bar code. The USPS said it would go thru, but, after it left the post office, it was never seen again with no tracing to be found per the post office manager that I mailed it from, so I spent $49 on the kit with no results. Had to do another test, but ended up sending it thru UPS overnight at quite an expense to make sure the package got to them so I could get results back fast. Do not use the post office if you need results back for an accurate test to be made.
