The cardamoms were fresh and smells so good. The Quantity was great for the price.Cardamoms has great health benefits. I will be purchasing when these are finished. Love that the packaging was in a resealable bag to keep the freshness of the pods

I’ve been taking cardamom pod seeds for about 2 weeks. It’s really not time enough to really tell what they are doing, it I do know when I take them at night they seem to help me rest better. They way I take them is— I put about 8 pods in my mouth getting them soft and then I bust them open with my front teeth and get the seeds out. When all pods are open I have about a spoon full of seeds which I chew up. They have a great taste (though a little strong). I have made tea from them but I prefer chewing them. Also, they are a great source of fiber which is good if you have blood sugar trouble. I am writing this to let folks know what they have done for me. All bodies are different. But if they don’t help on those ways——— it’s a great source for dragon (bad) breath—- if you have bad breath.
