Platinum New Preppy 0.3 Fine Nib Fountain Pen Ink (Black)

It been a year I think. It's a great way to start collecting this pen. Finest pen to start with and less price. No doubt. Buy it !!!

Platinum preppy is surprisingly a good performer. Light weight plastic body is good keeping in view the price range of the pen. Writes smooth but 03 nib size sometimes feels scratchy. Slip and seal mechanism prevents pen from drying.The pen can be used as an eye dropper pen also. It would have been icing on the cake if the pen maker PROVIDES O RING WITH THE PEN.overall the pen is a great performer. Hence RECOMMEND

Platinum preppys are literally the most no-headache, reliable fountain pens one can buy.You never have to worry about ink drying out, having hard starts, inconsistent nibs etc.The pens just work perfectly everytime you pick them up.Supremely consistent line variety so these are exceptional for sketching as well.I own the 0.2,0.3 and 0.5 nibs of the pen and all of them work absolutely perfectly everytime I have picked them up.The best part is you can easily turn these pens into eyedropper fountain pens with some silicone gel applied to the grooves.Check images for writing samples compared to other pens and inks.5/5

It deserves 5 stars....nib is just awsome...you just cant expect this qwality from a 350 rs pen....but the outer build qwality is very bad...after 3-4 months of use...the cap hot loosen up which ia very harassing for fountain pens..

The pen is good. Smooth writing. But the ink could have been little bit darker.
