ZERO customer service; parts FAILED within 2 months
I read other reviews about this company and their products and felt confident that I was going to be purchasing parts for my 2012 Jeep JK that were going to last. My current camshaft position sensors were working fine, but I decided to be pro-active and start replacing parts that I felt may be original components. I ordered the required 2 sensors, it took a week to arrive, another 2 weeks before I found the time to install them. A couple of weeks ago my check engine light and traction control light came on along with rough idle, no power going uphill and a prolonged ignition turnover before the engine would finally fire. I had the codes scanned and it pointed to the sensors. I put my originals back in and immediately the jeep started as it should, the traction control light disappeared and within 24 hours the check engine light came off. I reached out to Walker customer service and I have received NO RESPONSE and since it is over the 30 days mark, Amazon doesn't allow these to be returned. So much for Amazon's help and so much for wasting about $50 on defective parts.UPDATE: I finally received a response from Walker. They stated they would refund my purchase price. To date - I have received nothing. After another lengthy delay, they replied to another email from me and stated they were the manufacturers and sell the parts through authorized dealers despite the specs on this stating they are manufactured in China. They also stated they could not issue a refund but would send free replacements. That was a month ago - NO REFUND - NO REPLACEMENTS - NO HELP FROM WALKER OR AMAZON! As of 9-22-2023 - ZERO help from Amazon or Walker. I will NEVER buy another part from them!

Good product
One of the two camshaft sensors was bad. The other one worked well. You will have to extract the old seals from the OEM sensors and add to these sensors to fit properly.
