I bought this for my son who is a home chef. He talked about all the ways he wanted to use it. He did comment on the added flavor glazing chicken and pork chops and thanked me again for giving him something this delicious that a great flavor without the prep. He said he would buy Roland Fig Balsamic Vinegar Glaze again. That said, I am ordering a bottle for me!

Great on everything! Flavor is strong, sweet, pungent. I've put it on chicken, salads, used as a dipping sauce for bread...the list goes on. Great stuff! And a little goes a long way.

Tried this dressing at a cooking class. Just delicious. A little pricey but something’s are just worth a little more. Also easy squeeze top to regulate how much you use. Absolutely will buy again.

I discovered fig balsamic glaze from the one available at MOD Pizza, and I fell in love with the flavor. I'm a fan of balsamic glaze already, but the added sweetness of the fig makes it even better. I knew I had to find one for home, and this is everything I was hoping for.

This is an excellent glaze. It’s very close to exactly what I was looking for however the balsamic is just a tiny touch too much and it overpowers the fig. Never the less it’s still very very good. I’ve used it on pork chops chicken and burgers on the grill. I’m overall very happy with it.

I found out about Roland’s while eating at an Italian Restaurant. I asked what flavor of balsamic they used on the Brussels Sprouts. The girl went to the back and brought out the bottle! I took a photo and got on Amazon and quickly ordered 3 bottles. Just ordered 3 more. We use it on everything. It is sweet and thick. We dip bread in it. We use it on vegetables and salads. It is amazing.

This is a great tasting balsamic fig vinegar. I use it in stir fries as well as in a little dish with some olive oil for dipping some bread. Great value, too!

It's not as flavorful as the stuff you can get at mod pizza, but it's not bad.
