I have had this pump for two or three years and it is still working well.

The instructions for this pump are practically useless and hardly explain anything, but do so in several languages. It is simple enough to figure out how to fit the parts together, but then what? The pump is supposed to be able to float, but what are the suction cups on the bottom of it for? For affixing it in place in very shallow water, which I don't have. My pump sank. It seems that it is not made to float. The demo video for this pump actually shows it operating in a very shallow fountain where it is not floating. Then how do you set up the solar panel somewhere? You would think there would be an attachment to push it into the ground for a permanent secure position at a certain angle or something for affixing it to another nearby structure, so as to keep it from animals or out of the gardener's way. But this is not the case here. It is just a cable from the pump connected to a panel, dangling. The demo video shows it at the foot of the fountain. Turns out it is just left on the ground leaning against it. It is so thoughtless. I bought two different pumps for two separate ponds. The other was a one-piece round floating solar panel with a spout in the center. It came with extensive instructions and pictures of every step and option. They thought of everything. I set it up in two minutes and was impressed. When I got to set up this other one and I was very disappointed. It is a waste of time, money, and plastic.

The solar panel is of average quality. So it must have totally direct sunlight to work. Otherwise it works well. Also the pink etc. Spouts are pretty quady. Better to keep all attachments the same color

Very easy to install. Love that it includes quite a few attachments to change up the water flow. Only negative is that the suction cups on the pump don’t fully attach to the bottom of the fountain dish. I had to put several rocks to keep it for floating off in the fountain.

The good and the bad: I had this fountain hooked up for a week. Made sure to put it in a container where it would have plenty of water in the reserve so it wouldn't burn up and burn out quickly. I put it in a covered and shady spot that birds and butterflies prefer, and where debris won't fall in. The weather had been cloudy and stormy off and on, so there were a few times that I couldn't tell if it was working or not because of the clouds. That being said, when I first set it up, it was sunny out and it was working fantastic! Seemed pretty strong and would kick on the second the sun hit it. Not sure why it burned out. The Sun is out and shining today, there is plenty of water in the reserve, and the motor is not blocked. I'm puzzled and disappointed as are the birds. :-/

We got this to put in a litte bird bath for our grand kids to enjoy. It worked for 1 week. days of looking great. its slowed down by day three. I cleaned out the intake area. then it dribbled soem e more and the after 7 days it stopped. POOF! nothing. The solar panel and wires all connected. No sound from the motor at all. Trash. Amazon should check the quality of this crap. before they sell it. Even if its not their 4 star review. It should still work. For a month maybe. Total crap.

La pompe fonctionne très bien mais on ne peut pas contrôler le débit...le tyau qui sort de la pompe est très cour alors il faut surveiller le niveau d'eau si non la pompe brise et ne fonctionne plus.
