Be careful threading these on as your screwing metal to plastic and you can cross thread these pretty easy. Otherwise, they fit fine and are easy to install. I honestly couldn't tell you if they do anything in terms of preventing corrosion but they're cheap enough.Family hasn't complained of any noticeable bad flavors or smells.

They work just like described.

While using ,,excellent results. such as faucets got cleaned out ,,bathroom shower floor wasnot slippery ,, drains ,,yes ,I check monthly ,, not plugging up ,, wifes face wash basin ,,saw improvementas a cleaning process aid.,( not much but noticeable) toilets are mildew prone still ,,laundry does have plusses and minuses . when we had this product, its not on the marketin Ct. where I live any more !!Why? Over all great as advertised!!
