Awesome
This book is amazing. It will change your life. I also love the stories. I had to share the ranch dog story with my husband. Helped me see one of my children’s struggles in a whole new light. I will say though, the reason I bought the book was “kiss the wave”. I read that in a devotional this author has written in my bible app, I promptly burst into tears and went on to Amazon to purchase the book

One of the best self-help books I've ever read
This is a truly amazing book.I use a highlighter on every page because there are so many things I want to go back too.I am a problem solving person and the author teaches you skills to make the changes you want to make in your life.I like how he uses gospel truths to teach values and principles. He is well read & gives tons of examples from lives of people who have overcome trials or hardships

a sort of "self help" type book
It is a self-help book in disguise by a christian author. Not that good and not necessarily a christian bible study type book - certainly not one to "re-read." A bit disjointed and not easy to read - what is the main points? Cute "sayings" and headings but just shallow follow on discussion (once you remove all the real life examples used, some of which do not seem to be related to topic.)

Want to live your day to the fullest?
A great plan to live life to the fullest, every day. Compelling examples and stories from both history and Battersons life make for a compelling read.

Top 5 favorite non fiction book
Incredible! I’ve read hundreds of personal development books and this is at the top top. So we’ll written, clear and concise. I just saw Mark speak at our men’s breakfast on it right after i read it. He is as good of a speaker as a writer.
