Disappointing - these colors DO run.
A complete waste of $30. At first, I thought this was a real winner. I loved the folding techniques and was happy with the patterns. I followed all directions and the colors were a vibrant, rich blue. Unfortunately, once I dried (with heat as directed) then washed the fabric, all of the blue washed out. Some of my designs turned purple while some disappeared completely. I've tie-dyed for years, and this is my first experience with dye running/fading so badly. Very disappointed and will not purchase again. See photos for before and after washing.

Fun kit and enough for multiple projects
I was given an opportunity to purchase this Tie dye kit at a reduced rate for an honest review.this is the first kit like this I have purchased. I really enjoyed this kit, the directions were clear, well written and very easy to follow. The kit comes with everything you need for this project, directions, gloves, dye, and cotton square scarf. Note - I thought it was a rectangular scarf in the picture , it is folded in half. It states this is for adults but I think you could easily do this with older kids, it was not messy at all. My project did not turn out as expected, I think my material was too damp and I ended up with more of a light blue tie-dye instead of the vivid indigo I was hoping for. There is more dye than you will need for this one project so you can dye more items!

Shibori made Easy
Craft Night Win! I really loved this craft night kit. My sister and I have wanted to start experimenting with Shibori and this kit is the perfect starter. It comes with everything you need. Gloves, Dye, Canvas, and clear instruction. I will use what I learned and this process of dying on future projects. This was really fun and I have cute projects to show for it. The dye is great and makes vibrant colors. I would recommend this to my friends and family, and buy future items from this brand.I received this product for free or for discount in exchange for my unbiased and honest review. If my opinion shall change in any way I will come back and alter my review to reflect my new thoughts.
