I buy boxes of this stuff a year for mtn biking. My typical weekend ride is typically 40 miles or more. Weekday rides average 15 miles. Wo the instant energy it provides, I couldn't still do what I love at 58yo

Easy to take as they are not gooey. Because they are isotonic you don’t have to take water with them.

Not only are the ingredients different, but also the packaging is thinner and they puncture easily too. I know these have been discontinued, so I guess it’s just my luck.
