Worked perfectly
I needed to replace the motor in my 2003 sienna door lock actuator and this was a perfect fit and it works very well. I'm very happy that I was able to get my lock working again and saved a lot of money by getting just the motor instead of a whole new unit. And I also got to help the environment at the same time. 1 less piece of plastic junk in the landfill because of this motor.

Worked great on my 2005 sienna non-power sliding door lock actuator
Replaced the motor, now it's strong and locks / unlocks every time. Bit expensive for just 1 motor, but the alternative was 10x the price so I'm pleased.

Stopped working after a few weeks
I attempted this project on my 2001 4Runner, as I'm not a mechanic, but was happy to finally accomplish it after nearly 3 hours of work. Taking the door apart and the various connections was a chore. Then cracking the seal of the housing that holds the actuator in place, being extra careful to not break anything. Then had to reseal the housing with glue, before putting it all back together. I was super happy to have functioning keyless entry again after 4-years without. Well, it only lasted a couple weeks. I haven no interest to go through that whole project again to send back the faulty actuator, which the seller insisted on for refund. Roll of the dice I guess.

Lasted for 3 years...
Purchased in year 2016 to replace lock motors in 3 doors. Fit was fine, and worked for about 3 years then began to fail in year 2019 in Florida heat (initially worked when cold, failed when hot). (Now fail all the time). For price, am going to buy again - but lot of work to tear apart the car doors to replace (again)...

Purchased for a 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser. This one was different than what I should have purchased. The shaft that protrudes out of the motor on the original is flat on one side and does not have the brass collar like this one in the picture. The original shaft that is flat on one side uses this shape to key into a spiral gear. I pried off the brass collar and gently tapped the gear onto the post Even though it didn't key in properly it went on tight and I think it will hold as there really isn't much torque put onto the gear when you operate the lock. Long story short. This item does not fit a 2004 Land Cruiser but with minimum modifications it will work just fine.
