Easier than regular weights
While you do have to air up the bag, add water then air up the remaining of the bag, I found this to be a lot easier for me to use than regular weights. I recently had surgery and while in recovery, I am having to use light weights to help with physical therapy and this bag has been a lot easier for me to hold rather than regular weights. I'm able to fill up as much water as I need or want. The handles on this weight bag are not only thick but truly are padded enough that make it easier for me to carry but also protect my hands. This does come with a pump to help air this up. This also comes with a sheet that actually shows you how to use this bag and the variety of workouts you can do with this aqua workout bag. When not in use, I can easily deflate and empty the water out of it if I need to. Has truly been helping with my physical therapy and makes it so much easier for me to workout with.

These are so great!!
My husband owns a gym where he trains athletes, working on speed, agility and specific sport performance skills. He purchased 3 of these to use for drills with his athletes. Safe to say, he loves it and his athletes get a kick out of it as it sloshes about! It took a little bit of time to fully understand how to fill up the bags with water and air but after doing it 3 times, draining some of the water and refilling with air, I got it down to a science! Didn’t make too big of a mess either. One super cool thing we did was add food coloring to the water to turn it red (his gym color). It was super easy to do and after 6 months of use, it has NOT stained the clear plastic. We joke about the red water being the blood of their enemies as they enhance their skills to win. The athletes eat it up! Great purchase for sure!

Filling up w air and water
The material is quality. The set up w water is a bit difficult. The small side of the air pump is too small to fill with water and it takes forever. Just remove the water cap and use a hose on low pressure and do it outside. Fills up in seconds this way. The air pump is not necessary, easy to fill up w breath in seconds.

Nice for travel
Got this to use for exercise while traveling, to complement trx straps. It easily folds and fits in luggage, then quickly turns into a 10-35lb bag.Easy to fill up, and fill up the remaining space with air using the provided pump. The valve is specialized for this process.Construction is nice, better than I was anticipating, no leakage. The straps are extra-reinforced.I use a leather bulgarian bag quite frequently, so it is nice to finally have a portable version for travel. My only complaint is there is unlike a standard bulgarian bag, you cannot grip the edges, and there is just the two top straps and the two side straps. This makes it a little more difficult to do over the shoulder swings and snatches. To fix this, I added two lacrosse balls and held them in place with rubber band ties. Way easier like this to grip for swing rotational movements

Pretty good, but could use some minor tweaks
I found this on sale for $30, and I had to get it to try it out.Unpacking, it's pretty standard. It can be a bit of a challenge to fill, especially inside from a sink, because you have to hold it to keep it upright. Also, really annoyingly, the marks for the weight are on the opposite side from the fill nozzle. Grrr!Filling it up I got it to 38 lbs (I could have gone higher, but was reluctant to). It's a beast to sling, especially for shoveling moves, shoulder cleans and similar.Still it was a good deal at $30 and it works pretty well as a Bulgarian bag if you add a pair of clip on grip training balls to it.Recommended. Especially on sale.
