Tasty mix for making a dip or a sauce for gyros. Nice add-in to rice. Haven't tried it in a marinade for poultry but I think that might be tasty.

Perfect herbal seasoning combo
I'm a big fan of many of the SADAF brand seasonings. I I couldn't find jars of this herb blend in stores near me, so I came here and found the packets and refilled the jar I had. This is the best herb blend for Indian raita mixed with yogurt, the Persian lassi drink doogh, or just mixed in some cottage cheese to jazz it up. There's no cumin or "out-of-place" ingredient--just fresh, herbal, and a touch of floral from the tarragon and rose buds. So much nicer than straight mint-very balanced. Shipping was fast and no complaints about the buying process, just thrilled to find a good source for this.
