When I bought these in anticipation of going on keto, I was appalled. They didn’t taste anything like cookie dough. Don’t expect them to - I don’t know why I was surprised at that really…Three weeks off of sugar and I have to revise my previous opinion on their general tastiness - these salty little nut squares are delicious. They are sweetened with monk fruit, so it took some time for them to taste at all sweet to me, but they’ve really grown on me. I’m about to order a second batch.I would wait until your body is adjusted to keto to enjoy them, but I can say that they are a treat I will keep in my pantry from now on.

I first found these at Publix and thought “why have I never had these before???” I knew then that I had to find them on Amazon. They came packaged with dry ice and I put them in the fridge. When you feel hungry but don’t want to eat a lot, these are great. They are also very helpful when you’re taking the semiglutide shot.

I'm obsessed with these bites. So delicious! The product itself deserves 5 stars, but I recommend buying these at your local grocery store if possible because when I ordered them through Amazon, they arrived oily, as if they had been exposed to high heat on their way to my door. I've never had that problem when buying them at the store. So that's why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I bought this before at Wholefoods and I thought it was OK. So I ordered the variety pack from Amazon. It did NOT travel well in the heat. From some varieties, the oil leaked out inside the packaging BADLY. Once refrigerated, the oil solidified on the outside. My advice: these are OK, but do not order them online during the summer as they travel very poorly in the heat.

these little bite size treats are the very best! soft and packed with flavor. but the price will leave an after taste... keto snacks are so expensive!

These were great! They are actually a larger version of the bites. They are also my favorite flavor!

Update: I tried again, because I love the taste and size of these snacks. Got my 2 bags, insulated with a cold pack. Perfection. They are so tasty and a perfect keto sweet snack.I had gotten the bars and received them, wrapped in ice pack, still cool. I loved them! I thought these would be better snacks for work and they are. However, they did not come wrapped in ice packs, they were melted, and it took away from the experience. After they were cooled, they had a sheen oil/grease. Not quite as appetizing. Better care with shipping would bring a much better review.
