Lemon Drizzle Cake Mix - Jane Asher

Simple to make, and produces a really nice cake, just a little on the expensive side.

This cake was full of flavour, and so light, the only complaint I had was there wasn't enough.

This wasn't a proper lemon drizzle with madeira sponge - came out just like a normal sponge cake. Smelt a little lemony, but I had to add a bit more lemon juice to the mix. Far too expensive for something that doesn't fulfil its purpose.

Easy enough to use and decent texture when baked. But flavour simply absent. Suggest add in zest or similar. Disappointed

It said 6 boxes I only received 1 over five pound for one cake mix I feel I was done is nothing being done about this ?
