SteadyDoggie Solar Tumbler Torches

Having recently bought a coffeemaker with a single cup option so needed a travel mug. This one is great! It kept coffee hot for 2 hours. For cold beverages, it's great as well. I tested it with ice water outside on a sunny 75deg day. The ice lasted for 4 hours, keeping my water nice and cold. It comes with two kids, an awesome feature, and a stopper. The lids fit tightly without being hard to get on and off. Drinking is easy with no spillage- a problem with my previous mug. You can fit a straw in the drinking hole - great option for keeping cocktails cold. The stopper isn't connected to the lid, really the only thing I don't like about this product. The mug is wider than most because it has a double wall - the air between keeps beverages hot or cold longer. This could be a problem for really small hands- mine are glove size six and ring finger four, and it's a little hard to hold with one hand. This would only be an issue for the 5 percent of people with super small hands.

I love the look of it. Size and shape are good too and fit better in my car cupholder than some others. I wasn't aware it came with 2 lids until I opened the box, so was pleased about that, but by the next day one of the lids already lost its tension so the slider for opening won't stay in either the open or shut positions so just slides around loosely back and forth. Good thing there was a spare lid! The second lid so far, so good...

I love my tumbler. It comes with 2 lids. The double insulation is great, ill have boiling hot water in it and feel nothing outside. It doesn't hold scents/smells. I can go from coffee to tea and theres no taste contamination. My only gripe is that when full and jostled, it leaks onto the lid. Walking with it in hand while full is a bit messy when the lid is closed. When its open, there isnt as much spillage. If this was leakproof, id give it 5 stars.

Bought another item before this one which claimed to seal tightly but did not - this tumbler started out great as it was very leak-proof, unfortunately it did not last. But I use it with carbonated drink on the job and the gas pushes the top up so when I sip the drink, the gasket cannot stay down far enough to prevent slight leakage when I sip from it...this means some of the liquid seeps out... So as it is two months later and I have used it in this capacity over a dozen times I have to report my experience...it's not a bad tumbler but seems to be only good for cold beverages that are not carbonated...so bear this in mind

This is a well made travel mug. I like the fact that it is all stainless steel and no plastic. It has a little larger opening, but not too large that the liquid leaks out around your lips. I like the clear plastic lid so you can see how much of your drink is left. This was new for me. My only complaint is that my hand is small and it is a little hard to grasp around the middle, but not a dealbreaker. It doesn't give your drink a metallic taste like one of my other metal water bottles does. A nice travel mug for the money.

1.) Know this, the circumference of this mug is 11.25" - meaning, it is large. I have very large hands and it is awkward for me to hold, hence I am sending it back. I can't imagine a women holding this.2.) If you do send it back, it will cost you around $8.00 to do so. I will pay that, as I will never use this.It is very well made. Had it had a handle I would keep it. My bad.

I wanted to see how well this tumbler stacked up against an actual Yeti so I placed 10 ice cubes in each cup, placed the lid on it and left them for 12 hours. The ice in this cup had noticeably melted more than the Yeti. I placed the lid back on and checked another 8 hours later- all the ice had melted in this one but the Yeti still had some left.I think you will get what you pay for with this product. It won't perform as well as the name brand but you're also paying considerably less as well.

This tumbler is used mostly for keeping coffee hot. It is nice to have a second lid on hand. However, it would be nice if one of the lids was designed to make the tumbler spill proof and not allow any heat or liquid to escape. The small silicone stopper does not do this. Coffee stays hot for awhile, but is warm after a an hour and a half.
