Great product. This was purchased as an addition to our hot tub setup. Provides lovely warm cosy towels for getting out the tub on the cold nights! I had a problem which customer service sorted out no problem at all. Definitely recommend!

The heater is large enough to hold even a large towel but not overly large to be cumbersome. You can heat up to around 130C, so this is not a bad way of sanitising towels without having to wash them. The unit is mains operated so you will have to factor that when deciding on placement of this. Can't comment on value as no published selling price at time of review due to availability on Amazon.

The seller is very responsive and helpful, very satisfied with the buying experience. Haven't tried the product yet but it looks good and seems easy to use!
