A bit overpriced in my opinion - but this flour as the name 'oro' suggests ('gold' in Italian) it really is amazing quality. Made from 100% Canadian grain, the incredibly high protein levels make it super strong - ideal for breads, also try making pizza and focaccia with it - wow!

This is my favourite brand of flour it’s excellent quality and makes great bread that tastes great too. In fact I get great results every time, recommended
