Minor Damages but happy Uaena
Receiving an IU album is always exciting and im overall happy that I received the IU Lilac Album, but the only two downfalls is; the album has a tear on one of the corners, and the poster is folded up which is somewhat okay but the way they folded it up is not okay. the poster has a deep creases. Although these two minor damages made me lightly disappointed, receiving the album with extra stickers and photo cards helped dismiss it for the moment. Anyways, thank you for the album IU and fighting for continuous success!

Amazing! But
It had everything I was hoping for! The only complaint I have is the large poster was folded and creased so that is permanently damaged. I would not mind paying a few dollars extra just to have the poster sent in a more careful manner. Otherwise, worth it for any Ueana's looking for stickers and photo cards.

Excellent Quality and delivery
I got mine today and it’s perfect. It came with a plastic sheet covering to help it from damage and so much bubble wrap that it wouldn’t even shake in the packaged. Coming from overseas it’s nice to see how much a company cares about how their product gets delivered. Especially when I have had to send back damaged items do to the packaging issues.The actual item itself was in perfect condition and so happy my First IU album was this beautiful! If you are an IU fan, this is wonderful piece of art.

THE MOST STUNNING ALBUM I OWN ! it’s seriously amazing and worth every penny. i’m kind of hesitant when it comes to purchasing albums, but i’m so glad i decided to get this one ! even the cd has a pretty design.
