You will read the reviews and see the main complaint is horse pills. I’ve been taking Blubonnet calcium citrate magnesium D3 for 5 years now consistently and I will never switch. I have tried other forms and this brand works in both aiding in sleep, as well as digestion. Yes, the pills are big. If swallowing is an issue for you, don’t buy. But if you can get over the size of the pill I can guarantee you results. It helps calm me right before bed, aids in helping me stay asleep and regulates my bowl movements. It’s very gentle on the stomach with using calcium citrate, it won’t bother your stomach lining like other supplements. I would recommend to take it with food. Something as light as a slice of bread or taken with milk will suffice. I’m a huge fan of this product.

I really like the product; it helps with my sleep and my muscle soreness, but four large pills is a bit much. I don't have issues taking the pills most of the time because their design is smooth and slender, so they slide down easily, but they are very large, and sometimes it's more than my system wants to handle. I take them at night right before I go to bed and I have noticed on days when I opt not to take them because of their size that I have a harder time waking up and I'm sorer.

I like these because they are a smooth tablet not a messy powdered capsule. Easy to swallow. I take 3 a day along with a multi vitamin with calcium and extra D. Per my doctors recommendation to take calcium citrate for my osteopenia. I’ve taken these for over a year now and my blood work showed normal levels of calcium last time. So far I’m happy with the results. I would say the cost for the money is good also since I’m getting results.

These are probably effective, but they're ginormous and you have to take 4 a day, which makes it not a very good value. I'll finish them, but I will look elsewhere for slightly smaller pills or at least a smaller amount per dosage.

Very well-wrapped for shipment and pills are in a high quality glass bottle.The pills are a bit large, but not that hard to swallow.I like that the dosage is 4 pills per day, because it is dangerous to ingest too much calcium. Therefore each day I can decide if I want half the dosage (2 pills) or a quarter of the dosage (1 pill).The fact that it has magnesium is great, because it is needed for the absorption of the calcium.
