Hat is very light and covers face and neck very well. Well ventilated. Excellent for use in calm wind conditions but wide brim will allow hat to flip up easily in anything more than a moderate breeze. Recommended.

It will fit an adults head and adjust down to fit my 11year old son. Nice wide brim and the mesh vents work really well.

I like the hat! I gave it a couple coats of silicone to make it water resistant. I wear it as a sun hat also.

My husband is a mechanic and he sweats a lot and most hats just hold in the heat and makes him sweat more. I really like the look of this hat with the wide brim, drawstring, and meshing around the cap. My husband put the drawstring up around the top so the sides were pulled up and against the side of the hat as to not make it too bulky to wear under a car. he really liked the mesh on the side because it let the air through and kept his head cool. He is less sweating on the head then just wearing a regular hat. I also let my Brother in law try this hat out for a day, he works outside as a construction worker and he really loved it, it kept the sun from hitting his head and kept him cool all day, he also loved the mesh on the sides as the air was able to freely pass through.*I received this product for free for my honest review.
