This knife comes pretty sharp in the package. The curved blade makes it easy to roll your chopping and keep your blade on the board for less chance of cutting your digits.I use this knife when I cook on the stove, griddle, grill, and smoker. Good for chopping veggies and meat.Worth the money.

Fits perfectly in my hand. Was fairly sharp right out of the box. Will sharpen more to my liking at some point. very well made even though there are some imperfections in the steel near the handle. It's very solid! Some people posted that theirs rusted after a few washes, but mine hasn't yet. Make sure you hand wash and dry it! I will update my post if I develop any rust issues. I am happy with my purchase.

BLOWN AWAY!!! Bought this for my Son-In-Law whose a big barbacue guy and he absolutely loves this knife!!! He says its heavy which say's its not thin cheap garbage! The handle is really nice!!! First time we cut with it we were blown away! Its so sharp it feels like a razor blade! Cuts though pretty much anything like its butter! I'm gonna guy one for myself! Bravo!!! GREAT KNIFE!

I like how sharp it is. It cuts through chicken bones. I've used it for well over a month no and it's still sharp. Also, I like the sheath. 5 stars so far... :)
