I've been using the Klein Tools 60345 Hard Hat for a few weeks now, and it's definitely one of the best hard hats I've ever owned. First off, the full brim design offers excellent protection from the sun and rain, which is a big plus when you're working outside all day. The Premium KARBN pattern looks sleek and modern, adding a bit of style to the functionality.Comfort-wise, this hard hat is top-notch. The padded sweat-wicking sweatband and top pad make a huge difference, especially during long shifts. Even in the heat, the sweatband does a great job of keeping sweat out of my eyes, and the padding makes it comfortable to wear for extended periods.What really sets this hard hat apart is its safety features. It's a Class E hard hat, meaning it's tested up to 20kV, which is crucial for electrical work. Knowing that it provides that level of protection gives me peace of mind on the job.The adjustability is another strong point. The ratcheting suspension system is easy to use and allows for a snug, secure fit. I've never had an issue with it slipping or feeling loose, which is often a problem with other hard hats.Overall, the Klein Tools 60345 Hard Hat combines safety, comfort, and style in one package. The added features and quality make it well worth the investment. If you're looking for a reliable and comfortable hard hat, this one is definitely worth considering.

Liner is adjustable for different sized beans. If your head is touching the back of the hat (like others said) then you need to adjust the back piece. It takes 30 seconds. Mine did at first but was easily adjusted and I no longer touch anywhere on the shell.The light is great. Yes there’s brighter but this one snaps into place and can be tilted down slightly. Still fits in place with my goggles retainer under it.Battery last me several nights before needing to be charged. If it’s low/dead I plug in when I get to work and take it off after the meeting before making my rounds and it’s good to go.Padding is great. The most comfortable I’ve ever had in my 15+ years of wearing a hard hat.Coating/color on mine (carbon fiber look) is durable with hits and chemicals and sunlight getting on it I haven’t noticed any change. Stickers stick ok, not all feel perfect but I think it’ll work.Only knocks I have is the holder for the light isn’t as tight as I’d like. It has never popped off but it jiggles. At least until I put my goggle retainer under it. Now it’s snug. And sometimes when moving around a lot the rest piece will tilt and allow the front of the hat to droop down some. It’s an annoyance but tolerable.

This hard hat is perfect!It’s very comfortable and includes a cloth sweatband.The light is super bright and lightweight! There is even a place to attach a fan on the back.

This is hands down the best hard hat I've ever owned.It is super light.It comes already set up so no assembly Is required.It is the most comfortable hard hat I've owned, and it looks good.Adjustments are as easy as turning the adjustment dial in the back of the hard hat.The light seems to be pretty good quality. The light requires 5-6 hours for the first charge and then takes 1-2 hours to recharge after that.The charge cord that comes with the light is ridiculously short so is almost useless. You'll need a different micro USB cord unless you're okay with the cord being less than 12" long.I highly recommend this hard hat.

Nice hard hat. Light is nice and it’s comfortable.

Super comfortable, not to mention being able to see when im 50 ft in the air without the use of one of my other lights that I could accidentally drop or something makes life super easy not to mention its electrically rated hopefully I never experience an arc flash but if I do I want to be protected

This is the best hard hat I’ve ever owned. I hate wearing hard hats, but this one feels nice I’d wear it around all the time if people wouldn’t try to lock me in a padded room for wearing a hard hat when grocery shopping at Walmart. And the light is super bright

This hat is awesome. I love that the light has its own mount, not the cheap elastic straps. But most of all I love that it actually looks sharp! Most hard hats look dorky, like you’re wearing a bucket on your head.
