Perfect fit.
This one is working good and fit perfect. The plug on this one snapped right in . A cheaper one I bought here just slid in and sat there, and the battery itself was bad too.

Not any better
I thought my battery was going bad, well I guess not because this one looses power just as fast. I guess the whole laptop/battery deal is just a crappy design.

Works great
Installed this and it has been working fine for about two months now. No issue.

Not working properly
This item is a garbage - installed easily, fits perfectly but laptop will abruptly crash just after half an hour of usage or so. It simply looses power. When restarted it shows 3-4 hours of battery life to crashes again within the next half an hour or so. Tried multiple times with the same results - returning. Will pay more for genuine part from Lenovo.
