Specific & updated answer: 135mg sodium per bar (I just looked at the image photos on Amazon) re: the Fruity Cereal flavor ONE Protein Bar. Short answer: about 100mg – 150mg of sodium per bar. Long answer: Each flavor of One protein bar is different re: amount of sodium (and other nutritional info) per bar, and I no longer have the box or wrappers to what I purchased (all eaten awhile back)…. however, I want to say sodium per One bar ranges from 100mg – 150mg (-ish).
