My husband and I absolutely LOVE this bread!!!We have tried other bread. This bread always stays fresh and soft even after being in the refrigerator for a weekWe can always depend on it being there when we want a delicious sandwich!!! We always order ahead and store it in the freezer. We NEVER want to run out!!! Thank you for a wonderful delicious product..well done!!!

Great low carb bread for type 2 diabetic!

I don't really write reviews for anything, but this product deserves it. I'm extremely skeptical of any processed food that is labeled as "keto" because they're usually garbage loaded with chemicals. I'm a diabetic who reversed this disease with a ketogenic and fasting lifestyle, and I literally forced my family to eat the same way (my family has lost a combined 90 lbs of weight). But my son missed sandwiches, and the convenience of them. So I decided to give this a try.I used my keto meter and glucose meter to test if this product was what it claimed to be. I tested my ketones and blood sugar before eating two slices of this as a chicken BLT sandwich. Ketones were 1.4, blood glucose was 110. My sandwich had a grilled chicken thigh cooked in bacon fat, 3 slices of bacon, tomato, lettuce, onion and avocado mayo. I grilled the slices in butter. WOW!!! WHAT A SATISFYING MEAL!I tested my ketones half an hour later: 1.5. My sugar was 115! I tested again an hour an 15 min later, and ketones were 1.3 and blood sugar was 135 (postprandial spike still at work).I just tested my morning ketones 7 hours after eating the bread, and it was 1.1. So although it dropped my ketosis a little bit, I think it's a nice treat for that occasional fatty sandwich to curb that bread craving. I used 4 keto strip for this little experiment, but it was worth it. Test, don't guess!

My mixup, but this has wheat protein (aka gluten) as the #1 ingredient. It was delivered fresh and undamaged, had a bread like mouth feel, and was mild in flavor.

I’ve just received my second order. The first time I ordered 3 loaves and this time I ordered 8. I was worried it would have an overwhelming coconut taste. I don’t taste coconut at all. The bread slices are big. I enjoy toasted bread for sandwiches so I haven’t eaten it without toasting, but it is soft and moist to the touch when I remove it from the bag. I eat keto, and love the fact that it fits into that diet plan. There’s no wheat. I don’t feel as if I’m missing anything on my keto diet anymore. I’m so thankful to have found this product.

I was buying this from my local Walmart and it was $6.50 a loaf. I am a diabetic and absolutely love this bread. Walmart will no longer stock this bread ( their words) so I purchased the 8 pak on line and it arrives in 3 days and I am very happy. Only thing I wonder, there is no use by date or any type of expiration date. The ones I bought at Walmart always had a best by or use by date. Why do these have no dates on them ??

The bread maker say's it has an 8-day shelf life. It is baked in British Columbia, shipped to NJ, then shipped to Oregon. How many days will it still be fresh. If you offer this product, warehouse in several locations so it arrives fresh, or ship it frozen. As it is, I have to freeze it and take one slice out at a time.

My husband has eaten this product for a long time to control carbs. It's good for that.. Flavor is okay, texture so-so. I normally buy it from another source, but they were out of stock. This veery same product in the same quantity cost nearly twice what I normally pay, plus for some reason there was a $2 shipping fee tacked on even though I'm a Prime member. I have to be desperate to use this source.
