Didn’t realize the product was so large but it works nice. Makes my skin feel great. The tube for water is small but it lasts long enough. Steam is consistent and makes my face feel so moisturized. Can’t wait for winter cause this is going to be my life savior. From a Wisconsin girl.

Purchased more for help with sinus issues but double pleasure was the lux way my face felt and looked after use. Setup, startup, use and cleaning very simple. Comes with small bag of extra filters (caution not to accidentally toss out as they are not mentioned in literature.) Filter is to be placed not on the inserted water dispenser but just inside the steamer on a stem at the area where the water dispenser sets into the steamer. Steamer auto-shuts off after approximately 10 mins, but after several seconds begins a dry-up session for your machine so no need to pour out any overfill. (Follow directions) BEST BUY FOR ME, first use earned a WOW!!! from me.

The media could not be loaded. I love this steamer so much I use it after exfoliating my skin to open up my pores for my clay mask. I love that it comes with an essential oil piece to bump up my skin care routine. My skin always looks so refreshed afterwards and have a natural glow. The water tank is small but the water will last a good seven minutes and that long enough for me.

This product will only steam your face for 7 minutes and shuts off. If you want to go longer, you have to stop and add water which delays the cleansing process. For some reason, it leaves your face dry and tight. I'm used to having my face moist after steaming. Not sure why that is. The instructions are poorly written as is often the case with products made in foreign countries, especially China where English grammar is now well written. They include something for using oils, but there are no instructions or demonstrations on how to add the oil to the steamer or the steamer nozzle, just instructions on how to turn on and off and not get burned. Cheap is as cheap does, I guess. I got what I paid for.

I had cataract surgery and was left with problems with dry eyes and have had bad eye allergies in the past but my right eye had more issues with allergies since doc had to replace lense and leave a stitch in for 3 months! This has been helpful with the set eyes and helpful with my lids getting dried out also! It really feels good on my face and leaves it Dewey not so dry! Have always had issue with dry skin and this helps

I was skeptical after reading the reviews for this product, but I’m so glad I decided to purchase it! It took 4 uses to get into its own rhythm, but now it gives a full steam with the perfect timing and shuts off automatically. As someone with problem skin, I use this daily as part of my skin care routine and I love it. I even use it on my neck. Like all machinery, this should only be used with distilled water and definitely not tapwater. Perhaps that’s where other people went wrong in the past. Definitely worth it!
