It is ok, not very will engineered and not that accurate, the clip assist end engages prematurely leading to inaccuracy and inconsistent measurements. If it could not be engineered in a better way considering the price tag, this assist end should be removed entirely, and measurement would be much accurate using sensation or manual prediction.

The calipers are not very accurate , but it’s ok for the price , main thing even if % not correct , you can estimate if body fat is going down or up
