These work!!! I won't fly without these. They have saved my ears so much pain and discomfort during landing. I struggle with ear pressure problems when flying and these are a game changer for me. I am a petite person and have small ear canals so these are a very snug fit, but they do work. I've had my eardrum actually rupture in the past when flying as my ears just refuse to pop and equilibrate the pressure, and since I've discovered these, I won't fly without them ever again. I use the same pair for all legs of my travel one way, and then a fresh pair when returning. I only have to wear them during take off and landing, but landing seems to be where my ears have the worst time adjusting. They do come in a smaller children's size too. Do NOT buy these at the airport as they'll cost you double (or more) and only get a single pair. Get them now, ahead of your trip and have spares. These are easy to insert and don't hurt my ears as long as I only wear them for take off and landing and do not keep them in during the entire flight. For short flights such as a 30 minute connecter, I do keep them in the entire time as we are either ascending or descending and not really staying at a cruising altitude long enough to remove them. Yes, you can still hear with them in although it is muffled. For the longer flights, I take them out after we get to cruising altitude, and then put them back in before descent. They do come with a little plastic carry case to put them in. I can't imagine flying without these ever again. They work!

Box was open - Previous Purchase had EAR PLANE STAMP on plastic container. CURRENT PURCHASE does not have the EAR PLANE STAMP ON CONTAINER. BOX WAS OPEN AND NOT SEALED.

They seem expensive for what they are but they worked well on a recent flight. They don't completely get rid of any ear or sinus pressure which happens on a flight descent, you still need to do the normal yawning/chewing gum as your ears pop, but it definitely did help relieve the worst of it and I will continue to buy these for my next flight.

I usually get terrible ear pain when I fly, especially during landing. I've suffered for years whenever I fly and I recently learned about EarPlanes. These ear plugs work like magic! I tried them for the first time recently and I not only had zero ear pain but my ears barely even popped. I will never fly without them again.

I have bought these several times. The first time I flew in an airplane my ears hurt terribly even after trying to chew gum and all the other tricks I was told. I was SO happy when I found these for my next flight and I have been buying them ever since! I don't fly often but when I do I try to be sure everyone in my party has a pair of these. They are easy to put in and take out. They really helped my ears not hurt when taking off and landing.
