Amazing trampoline our kiddos love it. It has already brought hours of fun our first week of owning it. I ordered the 8ft because we have a smaller yard and it fit perfect. Though it’s the smaller size my two toddlers are able to jump together with plenty of space. The size also does not hinder its bounce and springiness. The safety netting and poles are very sturdy and well made. This is a pretty attractive trampoline. My neighbor has the same size trampoline that she purchased for twice the money and its not nearly as nice. It was pretty quick and easy to put together. It states it requires two people but I was able to manage solo. The only two issues I had so is the pull the string on the zipper instantly came unseen. Not a huge issue as I was able to just tie it on. The other problem was I didn’t really care for the stakes it came with. I really didn’t understand how they could hold anything down. Overall extremely happy with my purchase.

We bought the 10 foot trampoline as a gift for our 3 year old. It is a nice looking and very sturdy trampoline. It was easy assemble with the provided instructions, and they even threw in a "happy birthday" banner. We used the provided wind stakes to attempt to protect our trampoline from damage. The instructions specifically stated they weren't rated for high wind, but we hoped they'd fair okay. We had an insane wind storm where I live, and as the company warned, the stakes couldn't hold up. I reached out to the company to see if I could possibly buy replacement parts for what got damaged in the wind storm, and they replaced the whole trampoline!! The customer service is unmatched. I recommend them to anyone buying a trampoline!

We purchased the Jumpzylla 14’ trampoline for our kids, and they absolutely loved it. It was easy to assemble, felt sturdy, and the kids had a great time using it for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, a strong windstorm hit our area and flipped the trampoline over before the additional ground stakes (which I had ordered separately) even arrived. The damage was significant, and we were so disappointed.I initially reached out to Jumpzylla’s customer service to see if I could purchase replacement parts for the damaged components. To my surprise, their team was incredibly understanding and helpful. Even though they weren’t obligated to do so, they went above and beyond by replacing the entire trampoline. Their support turned a frustrating situation into a truly positive experience.What really sets this company apart is their outstanding customer service. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.Highly recommend both the trampoline and the company behind it!

We had a great experience with this company.We bought the 14 foot version for our gymnastics crazy daughter for her birthday. She loved it. Easy assembly, no safety issues.A year in, one of the support poles snapped. We reached out to customer service and got an immediate response. They were super helpful. As soon as they verified my purchase, they sent replacement parts free of charge that arrived within a couple of days.Great product, great customer service. Highly recommend.

This is a review of the 12’ model. Product arrived in packaging that was slightly damaged but all parts were included. The package is heavy (125 lbs) and needs two people to safely move. Hardware was well packaged and instructions were fairly easy to follow. Parts weren’t labeled but were easy to identify from parts list. It took two adults just over ninety minutes to assemble. Five of six frame posts for safety net were slightly corroded out of the box ( see photos). Fully assembled, the trampoline seems sturdy although there is a fair amount of wobble to the legs. We purchased an 8-pack of sturdier ground stakes and once staked the trampoline seems very stable. 12’ seems like a good size for our younger grandkids (7, 5, and 2).Overall I’d say we’re pleased with the product quality for the price.
