I bought this to remove makeup mostly, and if it helped with my pores then it was an added bonus. It removes makeup very effectively, and using it to remove eye makeup does not irritate my eyes in any way. My eyes are pretty sensitive so it’s really nice that they don’t burn or sting when using. The smell is pleasant and not overwhelming. This helped clean up my pores a little bit so far, but I have only used it a couple of times. It hasn’t broken me out, I have sensitive skin so I am prone to react to anything on the harsh side. So far I love it, would purchase again.It is important to note you really should wash off with a second face wash, it is intended for the double cleanse method.

Loved it. I love the fact that it definitely removed my makeup and left my skin soft and just moisturized. The pores definitely had a difference since I do suffer from stubborn blackheads etc. Only thing is... the size of the product. I wish it came in a deeper maybe bigger volume.

I've been using this balm for months now as an occasional start to my routine when my skin feels like it's got extra buildup or I've been wearing a lot of makeup in the week. I don't use super frequent as this stuff takes so much work to wash off once you rub it on but oh boy does it do its thing. I follow it with a very light foam cleanser and it just completely clears the canvas. Definitely recommend for buildup and excessive oil.

Love the way my skin feels after I wash my face with this but it does not remove mascara as easily as my other oil cleansers.

I love this brand, and have used many good products, but this stuff is awful. It will not wash off, feels like you've rubbed Crisco on your face. Do not buy this.

Wow! After having blackheads for my entire adult life, last month I purchased this product after seeing a review in a fashion magazine. I used it 2-3 times in the problem areas on my face, following the instructions carefully which is to massage for 3-5 minutes and then cleanse the skin afterwards. Yesterday I had a facial and it was the first time that the aesthetician did not spend a long time doing painful extractions of blackheads. She said I didn't really have many! I don't understand the other people's reviews. I could see an immediate difference to the point of a line of demarcation in the area I had treated and the area I had not. I recommend this product and in fact just emailed the info to my facialist.

I wanted to try this out cuz I like the jeju mask and this is just $10 but this is a HARD PASS. It’s very hard to rinse off. It took a lot of rubbing which defeats the purpose of using a cleansing balm. And it didn’t even do a good job of removing my makeup. It’s also really small for $10. Which I wouldn’t mind using for travel but I just don’t think it’s worth it. I don’t know how it got good reviews. The other cleansing balms in photo are sooo much better with different price points. Still trying to find something close to the Farmacy Green Clean Balm that’s not as expensive.

This job does a decent job at dissolving blackheads. I rubbed it in for around 8-10 min before I felt blackhead coming up.
