Amazing product, little to no side effects, been taking for a month and noticed some changes already. Primarily hair growth, nail length, and less thin hair (I'm 26 M London) Would give 5 stars, but the amount of pills I've dropped or lost at least 2 dozen pills due to the poor packaging.... I had to transfer all my pills to a separate container.

It's meant for both sexes. Helps with hair growth, nail strength thickness of hair. Dosage, one or two a day. Quite effective. Quite small too.
