Excellent supplement with noticeable results.
I’ve been a regular customer of Nutrition Geeks for quite some time now, and I’ve come to trust their products for their consistently high quality and reliable results. This biotin supplement is no exception and has quickly become a staple for me. I’ve always heard that biotin could help with hair loss, but I was initially sceptical. I had tried biotin from another brand before but didn’t see much in terms of results. Determined to see if it could make a difference, I decided to give Nutrition Geeks a try and committed to taking it regularly. The results have been truly impressive. The tablets are small, tasteless, and odourless, making them incredibly easy to swallow. This is a big plus for me, as I’ve struggled with larger supplements in the past. After about four weeks of consistent use, I started to notice a significant improvement in both my hair and nails. My hair feels thicker, and my nails are growing faster and stronger than before. I was dealing with some hair loss, which I suspected was related to my poor diet. To my relief, my hair loss has completely halted since starting this supplement. While I know I need to address my diet eventually, this has been a real saving grace. The packaging is straightforward and secure, and the delivery was impressively quick. I was also pleased to find out that the product is vegan and made in the UK, which adds to the overall quality and appeal. After seeing positive results myself, I recommended this biotin supplement to my aunt, who was experiencing severe post-partum hair loss. She was losing hair in handfuls, but after taking this supplement, her hair loss has lessened dramatically, and her hair feels much healthier. She’s also noticed an improvement in her nails. At £6.99 for 180 tablets, this supplement offers fantastic value for money considering the quality and the noticeable results I've experienced. In the past, I've paid double for biotin supplements from other brands and saw no benefits at all, so for me, this is truly worth every penny. It's become a product I rely on, and I’m confident I’ll continue to use it long-term. If you're in search of an effective biotin supplement to support hair and nail health, I highly recommend giving this one a try. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope that you found it helpful and that it assists you in your decision-making. I try to be as honest and fair as possible, as those have always been the reviews that helped me the most.

Very Good, Poor Packaging for the Pills
Amazing product, little to no side effects, been taking for a month and noticed some changes already. Primarily hair growth, nail length, and less thin hair (I'm 26 M London) Would give 5 stars, but the amount of pills I've dropped or lost at least 2 dozen pills due to the poor packaging.... I had to transfer all my pills to a separate container.

Great product!
This is a great product! Have been taking these only 3 weeks x but feel they are doing something as my nails are getting stronger and so is my hair! It’s a tiny tablet and very easy to take.

A Trade-Off Between Cost and Quality
I've been giving Nutrition Geeks Biotin Hair Growth+ Supplement a try, lured in by its promise for healthier hair and its wallet-friendly price. Here's my take: Pros: - Affordability: It’s priced competitively, making it accessible for regular use without a hefty investment. - Packaging: The supplement is packaged in a small, sensible bag. This approach is commendable for its minimal environmental impact compared to traditional, oversized bottles or bags filled with excess air. - Optimal Biotin Form: The supplement includes D-Biotin, the most bioavailable and effective form of biotin for hair health. This is a significant positive, as it directly impacts the potential efficacy of the supplement. Cons: - Additives: Magnesium Stearate is primarily a flow agent in the manufacturing process, mainly used to speed up production and reduce costs as it prevents other ingredients from sticking to the mechanical equipment. It doesn't offer any nutritional benefits in fact, it's a formaldehyde-forming agent and it inhibits the immune response in cells. While it's found in a lot of supplements, its potential impact is something to be aware of. - A Questionable Selenium Source: The form of Selenium used is Sodium Selenite. It is an inorganic, synthetic source of selenium, has the lowest bioavailability and is potentially toxic. It can damage the liver and kidneys. Long-term exposure can damage the red blood cells and lead to anaemia. If you are lacking selenium in your diet look for a supplement that contains an organic form of selenium with high bioavailability such as selenomethionine. Conclusion: While Nutrition Geeks Biotin Hair Growth+ does offer a great form of biotin and zinc and is affordable with eco-friendly packaging, the presence of Magnesium stearate and Sodium selenite raises concerns. It's a reminder that sometimes, affordability comes with a compromise. If you're considering this supplement, weigh these factors according to your health priorities and needs.
