It was only when I picked up my very expensive custom designed orthotic insoles, that a thought occurred to me that should have occurred much earlier: I don't wear shoes any more. I work from home, and we don't wear shoes in the house.Nevertheless, the diagnosis from the doctor was a pointer towards solving a problem that was increasingly painful and limiting. There were pains in the big toe joints and the funny little disconnected bone in the center of the foot.I googled the issue and found this product on Amazon that would work with socks. After experimenting, I found that only one foot needed to be supported (the insoles were for both feet). After many months of using this, I also found that one day on, one day off seems to work well too. It may in fact be better that way. The long standing problems have both disappeared. Went hiking for the first time in literally years with no problems.It is not super comfortable in that you mostly know you are wearing it, but it is OK. I have large feet which makes it fairly tight. But it is so easy to use and it has proved to be effective, that I have been able to wear it for many months now with excellent results. I can walk on hardware floors again, even when I am not using it.Your diagnosis may be different, but for me this has worked very well.

These supports were exactly as expected. There was a weird smell when I opened the package. They slid over my foot into my arch and stayed in place for a while. But I had them on my bare foot and, after a while, they slid around and didn't stay in place very long. They would probably not move if I put them over socks. I would prefer them to fit a little tighter on my bare foot so they wouldn't move. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase. I will wear them with most of my shoes.

My daughter has fallen arches and her feet have had a lot of support needs. She wears these daily and has had great success. She wears through all 6 in a year but it is worth it.

I had some better ones years ago but these are fully washable and I can wear them in my shoes. They do really help

I have stress fractures and bone spurs in my right foot and my job requires me to be standing in one spot for several hours at a time. My podiatrist gave me some sticky foam pads to insert in my shoe, but they don't last long. The support pads are the same size as the inserts and the slight compression of the elastic around my foot is also helpful. I don't wear them strictly under the arch of my foot, but more forward and to the outside for the area that needs the support. I still have pain when I use them, but it is not as intense and crippling as it has been. I use these in addition to shoes with good arch support and they have been very helpful for me. I like the multi pack because I can switch them out and handwash the used ones, which is a nice bonus. I am not sure how well they would work with dressier shoes, but thay are great for my work shoes and hiking boots.

Even with shoes with added arch support, the sleeves really make a difference especially if you are on your feet for a couple of hours. Always put these on right on top of my socks. Never seem to slip or bunch up. No wear after many laundry cycles.

Price is good but the cushion is made of cheap material. After a few hours usage, the cushion becomes hard and became one flat piece, no longer providing cushion to the bottom of the feet. Don't waste your money, go buy a quality one and your feet will thank you later. Happy feet, happy life.

I was visiting New York and use this to walk around and I didn’t feel lots of pain. I don’t know if it was because of something else but I was able to walk around more with it.Elastic on this does hold it too tight so it’s not good for wearing long hours. I find it more comfortable wearing it towards the heel but it doesn’t not go all the way back.Overall satisfied with price

Ever since I started wearing it. My pain in the curve has reduced. I won’t say it’s gone completely but yes much better than before. It’s worth it! I am expecting soon I will get rid off from that pain too.

I wish the pad was a bit bigger and had more padding.

It is very good product . My son use it last two months his foot pain gone now .and it is good for making arch in foot also.

A very cost effective way to make arch support. The straps could be a bit more comfortable. Maybe it's a bit too tight? However, it holds the support in place.
