Simply put, this cream is a miracle. We wanted to try a cream with silver for healing properties, and this was the choice. It works like a charm. I have a burn on my arm and the cream has diminished the redness and is significantly healing the burn much quicker that would be the norm. My husband has a recent, large surgical scar on his palm, and the cream is softening up the scar tissue and seems to be helping to increase mobility. I have just ordered four more tubes and don't intend to be with this product. It has a pleasant smell and the texture is right for moisturizing our hands, too. It is a wonderful product!

First this product has a but ova waxy feeling, which I like. Having had cracks and cuts on my hands that failed congeal this cream has been my holy grail. I use the unscented when a available and the lavender which lavender is lovely smelling and has its own wonderful benefits which work well with this cream. I use this cream first on my hands as a barrier cream. Let it go in, then I apply another hand cream a few hours later and I can still feel this cream silver cream, even through washing. It is a wonderful product. I think the citrus is probably lovely smelling, but with cracks I was concerned the citrus could burn, lavender has many wonder attributes, google it.
