I received the product and at first was very happy with it. Within a few days the snap on the cover broke and I hadn't even used it yet. I was very disappointed by this. However, I got in touch with the people at Clever Fox. I spoke to Sophie who immediately sent out a replacement product for me. The color of the cover is gorgeous and I really like it a lot. The inserts themselves are nicely made. The paper is nice and thick and the undated pages are laid out in a way that is pleasing to the eyes. It's a great planner for the new year and I am so excited about using it. I will definitely order from Clever Fox again because their planners are awesome and their customer service is top notch and really delivers. Thank you so much for your help!

I agonized over which planner to get and I settled on this one, expecting to finally have a good planner that works! I was pleasantly surprised by the color & quality of the binder itself... but the whole reason I opted for a binder is being able to rearrange pages. It advertises than you can rearrange them, but they're printed back to back. For example, if I want to move the pages for my monthly review, I lose half of my calendar for that month! They're all like that. That is in no way easy to rearrange. I will probably end up scrapping most of the pages it came with a re-write my own thing.Update:The company did reach out to me to make this right. I admire that company commitment! I honestly did not expect that. This is a good quality product, even with the issues above. I ended up getting my own pages & a hole punch, which works out great.After several months of use, there's only been a bit of ware on the outside. I do struggle with the front pockets being too tight because the zippered part feels stretched out even from 1 pen. My biggest issue though is with the binder being too small. I have to be careful when moving pages because all the nearby pages try to escape. I still like the planner overall, but I'll be in the market for a planner with bigger rings.

I really love this wallet. The planner itself was nice, but a lot of the pages I didn't use. I like basic calendars with the wallet. It is like a mini binder so you can easily replace the calendar every year. Nice quality and I love the color!

This is the fourth planner bought from Clever Fox, I should have stuck with the 2nd Edition, because I loved it. I was so hopeful I would love this too, this is missing too many features that I apparently took for granted. There’s no pen holder! This was the most shocking because there's plenty of room for one and everyone needs a pen to go with their planner, it’s the rules! This planner lacks something to mark your page, the 2nd edition has ribbons, I had to add my own bookmark. This planner is more expensive so I expected it to have the same critical features and then some. The first Clever Fox planner I bought about two years ago had stickers you folded to make monthly tabs, this version did not, the 2nd and 3rd (both were 2nd edition) did not. It’s like a page of stickers was left off. I had to make my own, it’s annoying. Months in a planner have to be separated or you’ll spend way to much time looking for the date you need, more if flipping through months. Tabs are apparently now on the consumer to figure it out, which is not cool since it’s an easy fix for CF, just put the tab stickers back in every planner! This next issue is on me because the dimensions were given…but it’s huge. Now I have another big thing to haul around. I can’t so I leave it at home. I just loved the 2nd edition’s sleek compact size, it fit perfectly into the front pocket of my purse. I thought there would be more features in this one to justify the inconvenience of the larger size. While there are indeed more things, like a zipper pouch and a card holder, I don’t need or use any of them. I chose this version so I could just buy refills and help save the environment (and money). I just can’t use this one, sadly I already filled in the dates for the entire year. I’m still going to order another 2nd edition and do it all over again because I love it that much more than this clunker. I’m giving this 3 stars because it really is well made, it’s just not for me. I took two stars off for the missing pen holder, lack of ribbons, and no monthly tabs. This is a good product that would work for someone else. It just didn’t work for me. I’m ordering a 2nd edition planner from the same company so I do highly recommend you find the right Clever Fox product for you.
