eu ainda não consegui superar esse livro maravilho. de todos, esse é o mais completo e mais incrível; eu esperei muitoooo tempo por ele, mas a espera valeu a pena. as receitas são muito boas, tem uma pequena introdução falando sobre ela, indicação sobre tempo e temperatura, equipamentos necessários, variações, 2 tipos de medidas (gramas e caseiras); ela praticamente pega na sua mão e te ensina a fazer cookies.

I was hesitant getting another cookie recipe book. Reviews were favourable. So I took the plunge. I love to bake and heck I’m great at it. When I first started to read the recipes I thought too much info. But really it’s not. It teaches more than one method and ingredients can be weighed or measured. (Weigh it). The only one drawback is I would appreciate an image of each cookie not just a select few. Next are the Cranberry Sconettes. Hugely great for all the tips and tricks.
