They made it right, but still lower quality than they used to be.
I've bought these filters 3X, and it seems like the quality has decreased each time. Most recently, the threaded attachment piece separated from the filter. It was harder than I expected to get a replacement sent, and in the meantime I ordered the original Bullfrog filters from LeisureTime.The good news for these filters and this company is they sent me replacements.However I won't be ordering them again. I had been fighting a chemistry / murkiness issue with my hot tub for the last year or so (around the time I got my second pair of these filters). I was dumping chemicals, and never seemed to get it stabilized. Even after changing water the issue returned within a few months.24 hours after putting the bullfrog filters in, the murkiness was gone and now my chemistry is back on the easy button.

Less expensive than most and works better!
Less expensive than most and works better! I have a chlorine hot tub and sometimes the "other" expensive filters I but fade and just don't seem to do the job. This tub gets light use. These filters are better, last longer, and I love them!

Good filter material, but brittle
These were a direct fit for the OEM ones, and generally speaking appear to be made of a solid filter material. The problem is the plastic housing seems to be very brittle. One of mine I had a completely broke off set the threads and the other had a crack in it.

The OEM filters were difficult to find, and this has been a good substitute. The first check when changing the water showed no visible wear and it cleaned easily.

we have a bullfrog spa hot tub - Brominebought during pandemic. wasn't sure if was going to work. we have prime, so could return if non-compatiblefits great and filters really wellno discoloration nor flaking noted in other comments... i think they may have used too many chems in the water
