I use this as a co-wash instead of using hair shampoo. I follow the curly girl hair method. I only use this to wash my roots and do not try to de-tangle my hair with this because it isn’t creamy at all. For the price it makes a decent co-wash and I’m satisfied with it.

This has a really soft, subtle scent that smells really good. Not at all overpowering. Doesn’t have the thickest lather but it foams up plenty to get the job done. Works well for the price. I used to buy Dove body wash but have switched over to this because it works just as well and smells good for a fraction of the cost. Just wish they made bigger size bottles
