It's very easy to make and tasty as is although I do add a bit of salt (but maybe that's just me). I can make it into a full meal by adding some more protein (leftovers) and a quick-cooking veg like spinach.

This soup is absolutely great. It has clean ingredients which are NON GMO, GLUTEN-FREE, whole grain, and organic. The taste is delicious.

I’ve really missed nong shim shin ramyun since going wheat free. I was skeptical bc I had tried lotus foods pho noodles and those are absolutely terrible. Luckily, these were way better and with the addition of a teaspoon or so of samabila Korean ramen seasoning, they’re a pretty good dupe for shin ramyun!Though make sure you cook the noodles for 8 minutes. I tried the 4 minute cook time and the noodles were still hard. At 6 minutes, the noodles were al dente but still too hard for my tastes but at 8 minutes the noodles have a chewy consistency similar to the nong shim noodles 🤩. Gives me plenty of time to add an egg or two and some veggies for a decently balanced meal.Without the additional flavor, it is definitely a bit lackluster but passable. But highly recommend pairing these with some samabila!

Delicious. Cook for 8-10 minutes. I cook it in broth and add my own extras.

Did not taste as good as the other flavors by Lotus foods.

Great product but please have the sender NOT USE UPS because they do not deliver to the post office anymore in 2025. UPS is returning product to sender

They are yummy and have a great texture for gluten free. Don't expect the 50 cent ramen flavor. The noodles have a kind of vanilla-y smell. The broth is like miso, rather than the regular ramen broth. They're very good, but individual size is smaller than regular ramen. I really like them but I won't buy again because of the price.
