Great addition to the tool belt
Having purchased many other AWP tool related items in the past, I finally bit the bullet and purchased the tape measure holster. I wish I had gotten it earlier. It may seem like an unnecessary addition to the belt, and I thought the clip on the tape measure was just fine for years, but this is a game changer No more struggling to get the clip on the tape lined up with your belt. Very well built, not bulky, and extremely functional!

Works well, but could use improvement
The unit itself is great and I find it lightweight and very functional. The only issue is the clip will often catch on my belt due to the top metal clip being a bit shorter than the bottom and it could use a little bent to help guide it on. Other than that, it’s a solid pouch for my tape.

Lemonade outta lemons
Okay, I’ve had this guy for about a month plus…I used it in my install bag, and would it just block and make grabbing certain items out of bag, a nightmare. After around 3weeks I came to figure that it’s meant for my belt, tool belt. Finding that it was easier for my work flow to use the clip on the tape measure itself. So, I had a day off and was watching tool bag unloads and I was inspired to turn this tape holder to a complete pouch. With a strap from another bag and heavy reinforcing. I came up with I believe was a work pouch for my exact line of work flow. It’s been prettty sweet. It just proved that if you have something and it doesn’t serve its purpose, find it a purpose.. honestly, best pouch buy… I’ve made thus far

Doesn’t stay on belt
Belt will not go through pouch so have to use clip and falls off constantly
