This is the best stuff I have found for getting rid of sinus and mucus funk! I took it (3 at one time a day) for a month, and then 2 a day, till the bottle was empty! Started getting the funk Bach an have been using it again for a week and feeling great! No more funky coughing in the morning and less sinus pain!!!

Helps with my allergies!!
This certainly helps with my allergies. I notice when I don’t take it. I have facial pain, jaw pain, a headache, and am prone to sinusitis.I produce excessive mucus at times (I have asthma) and I believe this makes me produce less of it or maybe excrete it. I’m not for certain but I do know this is a must for managing my allergies. Big difference when I don’t take it.I take 3 a day (as the bottle suggests) in the morning. I also use Nasonex (very grateful it’s now available OTC), zyrtec, and a neti pot with saline solution.I haven’t tried any other brand of mullein but this helps me!

Fixed a chronic mucus over production issue.
I have been to dozens of doctors and they told me I am allergic to the planet earth and everything on it. At first I couldn't believe the difference. The chronic bronchitis got better, the stopped up sinuses got better too. After years of "doctoring" that showed no results this seemed too good to be true. But a week later and I'm still breathing without problems this stuff is the bomb if you have too much mucus everywhere. I highly recommend this stuff and I just got three more bottles today.

I have been taking this Mullein now for Two months, for the first time in 5 years I can sleep through the night without grasping for air. I am being honest here, retired soldier who spent some time in the Middle East where they burn everything, I came home to be diagnosed with COPD, asthma and chronic bronchitis. No inhalers or breathing treatments helped until this.

Six a day of these and my phlegm production was the same as before I took them . Can’t say I would recommend them .
