Vinegar powder - yum
Really maybe 4.5 stars because the price is kinda high for what it is. I do love the quality though. This is great for some "just add water" recipes to keep on the shelf for the lazy (or emergency) cooking days. I like this over the stuff you can find everywhere that has added in ingredients (such as salt).

Vinegar is supposed to be sour and dehydrated vinegar even more so but this is almost flavorless.
This is awful no flavor.

Really wasnt what i had envisioned. Wanted to use on cucumbers but its too concentrated to do that. Not company's fault just wasn't what I thought it would be and as with food related product on Amazon it cannot be returned.

Light flavored
It’s very mild flavored barely taste anything if at all. I even used more than normal for flavoring messing I over loaded it and still it’s a very light taste. I would not but this product again
